Payment Terms

All work perfomred by Online Brands Inc. will begin once a down payment
in the amount of half the total invoice for the particular phase of work requested
has been received. At the time of completion for any particular phase of work,
remaining fees for services rendered are due. Before any work is to begin, a
signed work order accompanying payment as described above is required.

Refunds

We always do our best to be up front with the process and outline the steps
we take and exactly what work we will perform. In the event that a client is
not satisfied with the quality of work performed, or how a project is progressing
along, Online Brands Inc. will do its best to remedy the situation to the customer's satisfaction.

Non-Profits

We are always more than willing to support a cause and have been known to bend
a little here and there to help those who choose to help others. If you represent
